The Swanage Railway seeks a project manager, ideally living locally, to drive a major restructuring of the current Trust and Company with the primary aim of transferring most operations to a registered charity.
We need a highly organised, motivated individual to lead this process. The key tasks will include management of the overall project plan, preparation and submission of documents/procedures and liaison with The Charity Commission and senior members of the Swanage Railway team.
The task is expected to take some 9 to 12 months to complete with stage payments totalling £30k and a bonus of £10k to be paid on acceptance by The Charity Commission of the new arrangements.
